If you're unable to attend your ceremony
All certificates for graduates invited to the July 2022 graduations, have already been posted out to students’ permanent home addresses. If you have not yet received your certificate, please get in contact with the Graduation Team so that we can look into this for you.
Refunds
If you are not attending your ceremony due to non-completion of your course, have an appeal or request for reconsideration in process and you have previously hired your gown or booked your photography slot, you will need to contact Ede & Ravenscroft and Marston Photography to discuss the options for refunds for your order.
Request a replacement certificate
The certificate which the University issues as proof of the conferment of an award is a unique and valuable document which should be carefully preserved by its recipient.
Replacement certificates
Under no circumstances will the University issue additional copies or duplicates to any applicant already holding an original certificate.
The loss or destruction of a certificate is a serious matter and a duplicate will only be issued at the discretion of the University. The University reserves the right not to issue a duplicate or to specify the reasons for its decision.
There is a charge for a replacement certificate if it has been lost or damaged. This is £50 plus postage fees.
If you have lost or damaged your certificate, please contact the Graduations team who will be able to discuss your options with you.
