Visiting Nottingham

Are you planning a reunion to catch up with old friends, share your memories of NTU, and find out where life has taken you all since graduation? We've put this page together to help you plan a memorable get-together with your old classmates.

Reconnecting with your classmates

Organising a reunion is a great way to catch up with old friends, share stories and reminisce about all the good times you and your friends had at NTU.

Here are some top tips for finding old friends:

  • Social media is a great way to reconnect with your former classmates. You can also join our LinkedIn group which has all the latest updates and news about our Alumni community. Facebook could also be an excellent way to reconnect quickly with people. You might also be able to find groups or pages that have been set up by other classmates.
  • Try using search engines like Google to search for a name + “Nottingham Trent University” to get more targeted results.
  • Use free friend finder forums – these sites are message boards that are moderated by ‘search angels’ or volunteers with special people search tools. Put in a request and they’ll go looking for you.

Please note that due to data protection rules, we are unable to provide you with class lists or any other identifying information about your fellow alumni.

We'd love to hear about your reunion and how it went – please share any photos with us at enquiries@ntu.ac.uk.

Visiting your NTU campus

Contact us to see if we can arrange a campus tour for you, to show you how NTU has changed since you graduated.

Please keep in mind that not all NTU buildings are accessible outside of term time and at weekends, so if you would like a tour the best time to visit would be during business hours on weekdays, or on one of our weekend Open Days.

After your reunion

Please do share any positive feedback and images from your reunion with us so that we can share it on our social media channels. This helps us to encourage other alumni to hold their own events.

We’ll also let you know how you can stay involved with NTU and the alumni network beyond your reunion if you wish to, including opportunities to support current students through volunteering on our Alumni and Industry Fellowship Programme.

If you are considering meeting up outside of Nottingham or online, you can still have a look around your NTU campus using these virtual tours.
