London has a wide variety of great student accommodation options.

NTU works with three approved providers in London, offering students the choice from a range of ensuite and studios across eight locations, all within easy commuting distance of our London Campus.

You book direct with the provider and the rent typically will include all utilities, Wi-Fi and onsite maintenance. As with any accommodation booking, please check your tenancy agreement carefully before completing your booking. You will be accepting liability for the full tenancy length.

Guide to private accommodation

We have linked up with the University of London Housing Services who can offer support to NTU students who are looking for and living in private rented accommodation in London. How they can help:

University of London Housing Services has a Property platform to help you find student housing in London. You can search accommodation provided by private landlords, letting agents, private halls and other providers of private housing. All providers are checked by them before they sign up, and must also agree to their code of practice, so you can feel confident in your search.

University of London Housing Services can check the contract for unfair terms which may cause you problems in your accommodation. They can also check that any letting agent you are renting with has the right accreditations. You can contact them to book an appointment for this service, or use their Contract Checking Guide.

University of London Housing Services has an experienced Housing Advice Team who can offer advice on a range of issues including deposit disputes, disrepair, and problems with letting agents or private student accommodation providers. To support the work of the advice team, there is a retained firm of solicitors, Anthony Gold.

University of London Housing Services runs housing-related events for students. This includes housing talks, webinars, flatmate finder events and an annual Housing Fair.

University of London Housing Services publishes a Housing Guide and Contract Checking Guide to help students know their rights, and get quick answers to any questions about renting. More information is available on the University of London Housing Services website.
