Learn about our online payment system, which provides an easy, flexible way for students to pay tuition and/or accommodation fees.

Ways you can pay and transfer money
You can pay:
- in one payment with a credit or debit card; or
- by applying online for an instalment plan by credit/debit card or direct debit. (please note that you cannot apply for an online instalment plan using a Maestro card).
The University accepts payment in sterling only from the following cards:
Accommodation fee payments
If you wish to set up instalments for your accommodation booking, please visit our accommodation booking system.
You'll need your NTU student identification number (e.g. N0123456) and the hall name and room number of your accommodation.
Please note this system cannot be used to pay accommodation fees for previous years or fees that are now overdue. If you wish to pay such fees, you should contact the University's Finance office.
Tuition fee payments
This link is for payment in full and setting up payment plans.
To start, visit our online payment portal. You will need your NTU student identification number, e.g. N0123456.
By clicking 'Proceed to payment', you confirm that you have read and accepted our T&C's for use of the online payment system.
Pay an existing tuition or accommodation account
This payment pathway is for use by current students only to pay an outstanding tuition or accommodation invoice.
If you are a new student (or enrolling as one), please do not use this method.
To pay an existing tuition or accommodation fee, follow these instructions:
- Visit MyStudentRecord and log in using your NTU account
- Select the MyFees tile then View my fees and document to see your tuition and accommodation fees
- Use this area to pay off your outstanding balance through an online payment
If you are a new international student, please pay your advanced payment through our online store.
Updating your card payment details
If you are paying your fees by recurring card payment and your card details have changed or are no longer valid, then you can log in to the online payment system to update your card details.
