NTU Yoga is a sports club for everyone. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, our community welcomes anyone looking to find balance and tranquillity. In the midst of busy university life, yoga offers a powerful way to strengthen both the mind and body.

About NTU Yoga

Founded in 2024, NTU Yoga is one of Trent’s newest and fastest-growing clubs, with over 160 members in our first year!

What our members love about us:

  • More Than Yoga - From chilled socials and mindfulness trips to bar crawls and Ocean Wednesdays, there’s something for everyone.
  • Secondary Club - NTU Yoga is a great secondary club to complement competitive sports, helping with injury recovery and strengthening both mind and body.
  • New for this year - We’re excited to introduce Pilates sessions alongside our yoga classes, giving you more ways to move, strengthen, and unwind.

NTU Yoga is your space to de-stress, stay active, and meet like-minded people in a supportive, friendly environment.

Everything you need to know:

Monday: 3 pm - 4 pm at City

Tuesday:
4 pm - 5 pm at City (Pilates)
5 pm - 6 pm at Clifton

Wednesday: 11 am - 12 pm at City

Thursday: 5 pm - 6 pm at City

Friday:
9 am - 10 am at Clifton
4 pm - 5pm at City

Saturday:
12 pm - 1 pm at City (Pilates)
5 pm - 6 pm at City

Sunday: 1 pm - 2 pm at City

*The exact timetable will be confirmed on our Instagram at the beginning of term. One of these sessions will also be male-focused - this will be announced on Instagram once confirmed.

£97.50 per year. But only £40 if this is your secondary NTU Sport Club.

Want to get a feel for the club and sport before joining?

We run taster sessions during Welcome Week at the start of each academic year. Keep an eye on our club social media for updates or email us for more information.

Alternatively, head to the NTU Welcome website to see all available sessions!

We do not currently offer Play for Fun sessions.

If you're interested in trying out NTU Yoga, drop us a message and we'll arrange for a free taster session for your first time with us - This applies even if you are a member of another NTU Sport club!

Our weekly sessions are a mix of instructor-led and student-led yoga. The instructor-led sessions are run by professionals from Hot Yoga Nottingham.
