Glass-backed squash courts suitable for all standards of play, sports halls built to Sport England standards, a fully floodlit sand-based all-weather astro-turf pitch and much more! All available to be booked to play with friends, practice privately, and more.

Fitness / express classes
Instructor-led sessions in all areas ranging from yoga, pilates and spin to HIIT, strength and circuits. Built for being accessible from all levels from beginner to advanced - all for free with your Pink Lite Membership.

Discounted swimming prices
Use of the University of Nottingham's swimming pool at a discounted rate of £3 per session.
