Role
Kayisha Thomas works as the TILT Co-ordinator within CADQ which is a part of the Trent Institute for Learning and Teaching at NTU. Kayisha contributes to the success of the TILT Schemes and Awards, promotes excellence in learning and teaching, organises events such as the Annual Learning and Teaching Conference and supports the dissemination of innovative teaching practices across the institution.
Career overview
Kayisha joined NTU as a Student Services Enrolment Support Officer in 2019 and supported the Student Services Team during the enrolment period, which is their busiest time of year. Kayisha returned to NTU as the TILT Administrator in 2021, bringing a wealth of knowledge from previous roles, which include L&OD Co-ordinator at Metropolitan Housing Association, DE&I Champion, Inspection Support Administrator for Prospects EYIS on behalf of OFSTED, and from experiences as a 5x Published Author, Freelance Photographer and successful entrepreneur.
