Role

Angela Fenn is a Principal Lecturer at the Nottingham Law School. Angela  is also the Deputy Head of Department for the Law School’s undergraduate portfolio of courses, leading on developments to the curriculum and quality assurance matters.  Angela also teaches undergraduate modules, focussing on areas that align to legal professional skills and employability, such as the “Legal and Professional Environment” and “Applied Legal Knowledge – Civil Practice” modules as well as overseeing the Employer Challenge project.  Angela also works as an academic mentor for Solicitor Apprentices. Angela also has many years of experience teaching on the LLM Legal Practice course, both for Full Time and Part Time students, specialising in commercial property and professional skills.

Career overview

Angela is a former solicitor and qualified as a solicitor in 1999. She has worked for commercial property clients, mainly property developers and was involved in numerous retail, industrial and office developments throughout England and Wales. Her work included options, conditional contracts, land assembly, development finance and landlord and tenant.
