Role
As SHIELD Administrator, Chloe's role involves coordinating the delivery of SHIELD's coaching service. Chloe works closely with schools, student coaches, supervisors and university colleagues to manage referrals, organise coaching activities, maintain records, and ensure the service operates smoothly. Chloe also support safeguarding processes, data management, and the ongoing development of the SHIELD programme.
