Role
As SHIELD Project Assistant, Sanjana supports the delivery of SHIELD's coaching programme by acting as a key point of contact for partner schools, young learners, and placement students. Sanjana's role involves coordinating coaching sessions, supporting young people to access and engage with coaching, liaising with school staff, monitoring attendance and engagement, and helping to ensure sessions run smoothly.
Sanjana also serves as a Placement Ambassador, supporting psychology students throughout their placement experience and helping to promote SHIELD through student engagement, events, and communications.
