Qualifications; level 2 fitness instructor, level 3 personal trainer, indoor cycle group exercise qualification.
He has worked in various gyms as an instructor for over 6 years. He has a wide range of knowledge to help you achieve goals of muscle building, weight/fat loss or strength increase. He’s currently studying to gain a qualification in level 4 strength and conditioning.
He exercises daily and enjoys pushing clients to their limits and helping people achieve their goals. His favourite exercises are pull ups and incline dumbbell press.
