With over 8 years of experience as a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, Rosie is passionate about helping clients develop a confident and consistent relationship with health and fitness. Creating engaging and challenging programmes for a range of goals and abilities, Rosie enjoys helping clients to build muscle, athleticism, and confidence in the gym. Rosie has a background in acrobatics, cycling, and tennis, and her favourite gym exercises are pull ups and hip thrusts.
