Congratulations on your offer, now let’s make it your future!
You’ve already impressed us. Now it’s time to decide where your creativity will take you next.
By accepting your offer to study on one of our Design for Performance courses at Nottingham School of Art & Design (NTU), you’re choosing a course and a community built to launch you into the world of theatre, film, TV and live performance.
Through live projects, competitions, exhibitions, industry links and placements, you will work in professional contexts and identify how you and your practice sit within the creative industries.
Why accepting your offer is the next step in your creative journey
At NTU, your training is hands-on from day one. You’ll design, build, prototype and collaborate on real projects that give you the portfolio employers want to see.
Thanks to live briefs, competition, placements and industry partnerships, you won’t just learn how creative industries work, you’ll work with them. Many of our students step straight into professional roles because they’ve already had real-world experience. Not only that, but industry recognises our graduates as technically skilled and creatively driven graduates.
From our dedicated studio theatre to specialist workshops and industry-level equipment, everything here is designed for experimentation. You’ll join a creative hub full of artists, designers, filmmakers and performers who will challenge and inspire.
Nottingham is student-centred and buzzing with live events, festivals, independent cinemas and theatres. It’s the perfect backdrop for your ideas and your new journey
