Community organisations
We're committed to improving outcomes for staff and students, local communities and society as a whole. We work collaboratively with many community groups, charities and not-for-profit organisations, sharing resources and expertise to make a positive difference.
Community Engagement and Volunteering
We effectively mobilise NTU staff and students to help make a real, sustainable difference to communities. Through mutually beneficial partnerships with stakeholders we coordinate appropriate opportunities such as volunteering or subject-related projects and can put you in touch with colleagues who organise placements or research, for example.

- Guidance on the UK higher education system and sources of financial support.
- A summer school for 16-19 year olds, including English-language support, campus tours, and academic taster sessions.
- Personalised advice and guidance, available on request.
- Ad-hoc events delivered in partnership with local community organisations.
