The Bramley building, named after the original Bramley apple tree grown a short distance from Brackenhurst Campus, houses one large lecture theatre on it’s first floor which seats up to 118 delegates along with 9 classrooms varying in size to suit 24 delegates up to 78 delegates.
The ground floor of this building is home to fully-equipped food manufacturing labs with the capacity to produce a wide range of products from cheese and ice cream to sausages and beer. These feature industry-standard manufacturing, packaging and processing equipment; all of which are available to hire.
