NTU Accommodation Guarantee

At NTU your first year of accommodation in Nottingham* is guaranteed. Simply confirm NTU as your firm choice and request your room by Friday 28 July 2023. A mix of NTU-owned, partner and private accommodation is available and the offer covers all new full-time undergraduate students.

*All guaranteed accommodation is appropriate to the campus where you will study, whether based in Nottingham or Brackenhurst.

Terms and conditions

  • Students aged <18 at the start of their accommodation contract may be required to provide a guarantor and/or UK based nominated contract as part of accepting their accommodation offer.
  • Students attending programmes for a single semester only or seeking family accommodation are not eligible for this guarantee.
  • Students who decline the offer of accommodation or fail to accept within the timescale will forfeit the guarantee, and the accommodation offer will be withdrawn.
  • Students studying at Confetti London or NTU in Mansfield are not eligible for this guarantee.
  • Applicable to September 2023 entry only.
