About NTU Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

NTU BJJ is the perfect place for new comers to learn the sport, as well as for experienced athletes to continue to learn and grow.
With sessions six days of the week including being taught by high level coaches and women's only sessions, NTU BJJ is a place for everyone. Members have the option to compete in a variety of local competitions as well as inter-university competitions and varsity where we have been extremely successful since we were founded.

Everything you need to know:

All sessions are in the City studio, apart from Monday and Friday which take place in the City sports hall

  • Monday:  5.30 pm - 7 pm
  • Wednesday:  9 am - 10.30 am
  • Thursday: 3 pm - 5 pm
  • Friday: 3 pm - 5 pm
  • Saturday (Women's only): 12 pm - 1.30 pm
  • Saturday (Mixed): 1.30 pm -3 pm
  • Sunday: 7 pm - 9 pm

£110 for any session the whole year

£60 for attending only the "women's only" sessions

We don’t offer any specific Play for Fun sessions. However, anyone who wants to play will be able to train as part of the club with no pressure to compete and we cater to all levels.

Each year NTU Sport accept a number of athletes on scholarships across a range of sports.

Each scholarship application is judged on a case-by-case basis, and we encourage athletes from all sports who are interested to take a look at the information on the Sport scholarships web page.
