About NTU Padel
NTU Padel Club, established in September 2024, is one of NTU's newest and most exciting sport clubs on campus. Padel is widely considered the fastest-growing sport globally and in the UK. It is fast-paced, fun and super easy to pick up making in the perfect sport for all abilities.
The Club have weekly training sessions and inter-university competitive opportunities throughout the year so you'll have plenty of opportunities to practice your padel and represent NTU in leagues, events and friendly matches.

Everything you need to know:
Our training sessions take place every Wednesday 12-2pm at Nottingham Padel Centre (Notts County Meadow Lane Stadium).
We are signed up to National Universities Padel League (NUPL) for 2025-26 season and are looking forward to some inter-university competition! We also have internal events and friendly fixtures with local universities planned across the year for all students to be able to show off their skills!
Membership Cost: £140.00 for the year

Play for Fun is not currently available for Padel. However, we are always looking for new members even if you have never played before.

Each year NTU Sport accept a number of athletes on scholarships across a range of sports.
Each scholarship application is judged on a case-by-case basis, and we encourage athletes from all sports who are interested to take a look at the information on the Sport scholarships web page.

Our Top Achievements:
We participated in the first ever inter university Padel match against Oxford Brookes.
Our 1st Team finished 3rd in the first ever UK Padel University Padel Championships in 2025.
