Pole Dance and Fitness

Life is better upside down! At least that's what we think. Suitable for all shapes, sizes and abilities, pole is a fun and intense way to exercise. Building strength, improving flexibility and improving your mental health. With nationally titled coaches, regular classes and a super supportive community you'll be climbing, spinning and inverting in no time. With weekly socials, termly showcases and the option to start competing, you'll never be short of ways to get involved.

About NTU Pole Dance and Fitness

We provide a variety of classes allowing a full body workout through cardio, building strength and flexibility as well as dancing. We offer:

Pole Fitness classes
Pole Dance Choreo classes
Pole Heels classes
Open Pole sessions

Summing up to 5 days of pole fitness per week!

We also take part in many competitions and organise 3 showcases of the year, so you get a chance to perform on the stage!

Everything you need to know:

Classes take place 5 days a week, primarily at the City campus studio and at Clifton campus studio on Saturdays.

We don’t offer any specific Play for Fun sessions. However, anyone who wants to play will be able to train as part of the club with no pressure to compete and we cater to all levels.

Each year we accept a number of athletes on scholarships across a range of sports. Each scholarship application is judged on a case-by-case basis, and we encourage athletes from all sports who are interested to take a look at the information on the Sport scholarships web page. We have multiple coaches for our coach led sessions who specialise in different styles of pole dancing and fitness.
