Welcome to Trent Snowsports!

    Trent Snowsports is a friendly and welcoming club which has been running for over 40 years. We are always open to those interested in the freshest sport around! We are one of the largest clubs within NTU Sport, offering a range of activities to satisfy all, regardless of interests and ability. Whether you're a novice or professional, anyone can join the club. Take the opportunity to create great memories.

    Represent

    We have 100+ active members attending weekly socials, weekly training sessions and the biannual trips.

    We compete in the BUCS Dry slope and BUCS Dome series where athletes are given the opportunity to represent NTU.

    Freestyle skiing training will take place throughout the year at Chillfactore indoor snowdome and Race training will take place at Stoke Dryslope! We will be competing at BUDS in Edinburgh and the Afterjam.

    How to join

    Fees for Snowsports are £55 with additional costs for training sessions. Memberships purchased at any point during the academic year are only valid until the end of term 3.

    By way of kit, as long as you’ve got the essentials—gloves and clothing— we’ve got everything else covered.

    The Outdoor Activity Bursary is designed to provide financial support in order to assist NTU Students to achieve NGB Instructional Awards, Level 2 equivalent or higher, while studying at University. Successful recipients of a grant will be expected to play an integral part in the development and training of other students within their chosen activity and club. All applicants will be required to submit an application form
