Triathlon is a great sport for everyone from beginner wanting to work on their fitness to people who have already mastered one of the three disciplines and want to further challenge themselves. Events are also friendly to people of all abilities and once you’ve done your first you won’t be able to wait to do the next and beat your previous
As one of the smaller clubs at NTU we’re all very close and team up with the swimming club and the cycling club for our training sessions.
Not only do we train with other clubs but we socialise with them too, expect plenty of joint socials!
On the weekend we like to relax and go on social runs and rides where there’s always time for a cafe stop.
Events are a great chance to keep track on your fitness as well as meeting loads of other like minded people from all abilities. We’ll be going to BUCS events as well as local events including GO events which is aimed at beginners.
We are lucky enough to have a coach for our running and cycling sessions on a Tuesday night as well as coached swimming sessions with the swim club.

Practice / Meeting schedule
For Tuesday night sessions we meet at the City SU at 6.45pm and then go to Forest Rec. This session is followed by indoor cycling in the City SU 8pm-9pm. Swimming sessions are yet to be confirmed and check the Facebook group for other sessions/ socials.
On Saturday the 28th of September there will be a social run and on Sunday the 29th
there will be a social ride with the cycling club. On Tuesday there will be taster training as above. Swimming is yet to be confirmed. Make sure to check our Facebook and Instagram to stay up to date.
