Dr Lisa Patrick is a Senior Lecturer in Occupational Therapy, and the Admissions Tutor for the BSc and MSc Occupational Therapy courses.
Career overview
Lisa has been a qualified Occupational therapist for over 10 years, is HCPC registered and an active Royal College of Occupational Therapists member.
Lisa has worked clinically, led service improvement projects, undertaken MA in Health Research Methods and then a PhD in Rehabilitation and Healthcare before making a successful transition into pedagogic practice. Lisa’s PhD focused on developing an Occupational therapy intervention for hospitalised people with dementia.
Lisa has a specialist interest in rehabilitation, acute hospital care and working with people living with dementia.
