Course accreditation
Our BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management, MSc Quantity Surveying, MSc Construction Management, MSc Project Management (Construction) and Online MSc Construction Project Management courses are all accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
All of our campus-based undergraduate and postgraduate courses are accredited by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
Our MSc Construction Management and MSc Project Management (Construction) courses are accredited by the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES).

The Centre for Sustainable Construction and Retrofit offers insights into the sustainability in the built environment, specifically how the net-zero by 2050 target presents a huge challenge to the construction sector, which accounts for up to 50% of carbon emissions.
