Brodie Anderson is a final-year student on the BA (Hons) Fashion Design course at Nottingham Trent University. The work focuses on sustainability and craftsmanship, with a womenswear collection that rejects plastics and synthetics in favour of natural fibres such as mulberry bark, cotton, linen, and hemp. The project, Through the Black and Wind, combines unconventional dyeing techniques with sculptural design, reflecting themes of isolation and endurance. Designs showcase how creativity and responsibility can coexist in contemporary fashion.
