GO Fellowship Programme

If you’re graduating in summer 2026 and have secured a graduate-level role, you could join our GO Fellowship Programme. Designed for recent NTU graduates, this two-year programme supports you to develop early-career skills while giving back to the NTU Community.

About the programme

The GO Fellowship Programme is aimed at NTU graduates who want to build confidence, develop professional skills, and grow their network at the start of their career. Through a mix of mentoring, workshops, and volunteering, you’ll develop key skills such as networking, leadership, and communication.

As a GO Fellow, you’ll have the opportunity to share your knowledge and experience with current NTU students, while gaining practical experience that will support your long-term career development.

The programme is flexible and designed to fit around your interests, availability, and work commitments. You’ll have the chance to take part in activities that align with what matters to you most.

What you’ll gain

As part of the GO Fellowship Programme, you’ll:

  • access 1:1 mentoring from Alumni and Industry Fellows –Alumni volunteers who support as part of our Alumni and Industry Fellowship Programme (AIFP)
  • take part in CPD workshops focussed on early-career development
  • build your professional network with fellow graduates and industry professionals
  • make a meaningful impact by supporting NTU students and key initiatives, including Open Days, employability workshops, and digital content creation.

After the programme, you’ll be invited to progress onto the Alumni and Industry Fellowship Programme.

Criteria for joining the GO Fellowship Programme

To be eligible to apply, you must:

  • be a current NTU student, due to graduate in summer 2026
  • have secured a graduate-level role starting after Graduation.

We welcome applications from all academic schools and courses to represent the diversity of our student body.

Application deadline

The deadline for submitting applications is Friday 29 May 2026.

Shortlisting and notification of places will take place in June 2026. Induction calls to officially join the Programme will take place in summer 2026, with the Programme officially starting in September 2026.

Why volunteer?

Volunteering is a great way to stay connected with the University, and your peers. The programme is delivered flexibly, with projects taking place both on campus and virtually. There is no minimum time requirement, activities take place at various times throughout the week and can be scheduled around your existing commitments.

As well as the benefits associated with the AIFP, GO Fellows will be supported in developing their professional skills through a series of online sessions and Masterclasses.
