Boots Library (City Campus)

Based in the heart of the city campus, Boots Library is here to help you learn, explore, and succeed. Whether you’re working on assignments, revising for exams, or just looking for a quiet spot to think, there’s a space for you.

What you'll find inside:

  • Six floors of study spaces – From silent study zones to group-friendly areas, there’s a space that fits how you like to work, including a tranquil roof garden for you to take some time out of your studies. Find out more about our study spaces.
  • Inclusive and accessible areas – We’re committed to making the library welcoming for everyone. There are accessible entrances, lifts to every floor, height-adjustable desks, and sensory-friendly spaces. Visit our disability support page to find out more.
  • The Glow Sensory Room – Our dedicated rooms offer a space for you to self-regulate and take some time out. You’ll find sensory lighting, comfy chairs, weighted blankets and fidget toys, all designed to help you take a moment to reset.
  • The Rest Nest – Our brand new wellbeing room offers a space for you to unwind and take some time to re-charge.
  • Sensory maps – The Library sensory maps will help you choose the perfect place to work, study, or relax.

Mansfield Library

Mansfield Library is part of the Mansfield University Hub and is located on the same site as Vision West Nottinghamshire College, approximately 1.5 miles from the centre of Mansfield town. Mansfield Library provides access to a wide range of resources to support your studies, along with comfortable study spaces for both individual and group work.
