Sport for fun

NTU Sport offers something for everyone, whether you're a beginner, want to get back into a sport you love without the commitment, or just want an alternative to the gym, there’s an activity for you.

Playing sport doesn't have to mean a big, long-term commitment. At NTU, we run regular Play for Fun sessions that focus on making sport sociable, inclusive and enjoyable.

Sessions cost just £2 and no NTU Sport membership is required (although sessions are free to members). There's no requirement to join a club, and you don't need to book or attend each session. Just come along and play when you want to - and have fun!

Play for Fun rewards

As well as meeting new friends, you can also earn yourself some rewards to give you that extra bit of motivation. Sign in at every session you attend, and start earning your rewards now:

  • 5 sessions = a Play for Fun coffee cup
  • 10 sessions = a pink Play for Fun T-shirt
  • 20 sessions = a black Play for Fun T-shirt
  • 30 sessions = NTU Sport flip-flops

Stamp out Stress #SOS

It’s normal to get stressed as exams and deadlines loom, but the Stamp Out Stress (#StampOutStress) campaign is here to help you prepare and manage.

Sport and physical activity is a fantastic way to relieve stress and improve mood. We have plenty of fun sport sessions everyone can get involved with this term!
