Taekwondo ITF
Taekwondo ITF, an exciting and thrilling martial art that will get your blood pumping. Continuing to grow in popularity and interest across the UK and rest of the world, Taekwondo ITF has an enjoyable and friendly social atmosphere.

We are a friendly club who welcome people of all skills and abilities with many members starting their taekwondo journey with us and taking part in their first competitions as part of the Nottingham Trent University Taekwondo team.
Whether you are a beginner or a more experienced practitioner we will find something to interest you in this stimulating semi-contact sport.
We are an inclusive club and encourage new members to join, whether you are looking to try something new, to improve fitness or to learn and develop a new skill.
Individually and as one united team, there are many opportunities for members to compete throughout the year, this includes British University Taekwondo League and British Student Taekwondo Federation competitions, these are two of the fastest growing organisations which support and provide opportunities for student athletes.
President Welcome
Hello, I'm Tom, the president for ITF Tae Kwon Do 2020-2021. Tae Kwon Do is a very friendly and welcoming community that caters to all. There is a wide range of experience, including across multiple instructors which provides a good variety in approaches, techniques and teaching styles.
I came to the club with prior experience in Tae Kwon Do, however I have seen this is not necessary to be involved and progress. There is a good mix of traditional Tae Kwon Do and more fitness related pad-work and self defence. As a club we also do a range of socials, including Ocean Wednesdays and sober socials.
