Role
Dr Francesca Hardy is Senior Lecturer in Film and Television and co-director of the Centre for Research in Literature, Linguistics, and Culture. Her research interests lie in how film engages with corporeality, both on- and offscreen, and with sustainability. Currently, she is working on two major research projects: ‘Body Hair on Film’, which examines the entangled (hi)stories of depilation and cinema, and ‘Dirty Movies’, which aims to cultivate better press for the earth beneath our feet
