Your weekly update for results and good news stories from clubs for this year. Here you'll find commentary on our highlighted games, along with a full breakdown of the most recent results for all of our BUCS teams, updated every Thursday during term time.

Results of the week:
This week saw the final game for many of our teams, and is the penultimate week before BUCS Big Wednesday!
Nottingham Trent Volleyball Men’s 1st vs Oxford Brookes Men’s 1st: 3 – 0
In their final match of the season, the M1 volleyball team secured a strong 3 – 0 victory, ending the season on a high.
Nottingham Trent Fencing Men’s 1st vs Oxford Brookes Men’s 1st: 135 – 55
Competing in their last round-robin tournament of the season, the M1 fencing team clinched one win and narrowly lost one match. This sees them finish the season in a strong third place.
Nottingham Trent Hockey Women’s 3rd vs Lincoln Women’s 1st: 3 – 1
As part of a Lincoln hockey doubleheader, the W3 team capped off their season with a 3 – 1 victory, securing a third-place league finish.
Warwick Tennis Women’s FAST4 2nd vs Nottingham Trent Women’s FAST4 2nd: 1 – 5
The W3 team ended their season with a dominant 5 – 1 victory, earning promotion to Tier 3 – a fantastic achievement!
Birmingham Basketball Women’s 1st vs Nottingham Trent Women’s 1st: 24 – 95
After a narrow win over Birmingham earlier in the season, the W1 team came back with a dominant 95 – 24 victory in their final match of the season, securing a strong away win. They will now head into the playoffs to seek promotion.
St Mary’s Men’s Futsal 1st vs Nottingham Trent Men’s 1st: 2 – 6
In the National Championship, the M1 futsal team beat St Mary’s 6 – 2. This means they advance to the semi-finals where they’ll face Loughborough on March 16th.
