Our students work with a range of industry-standard facilities across our Architecture courses. From the studios to the workshops to the study centre, there is space and resource for everyone to work, learn and develop designs and projects.
Architecture Facilities
From our 3D printing area to our concrete lab, our model-making and prototyping studios, we have a range of industry-standard facilities that you will use throughout your Architecture studies.
Interior Architecture and Design Facilities
From beautiful open creative spaces to specialist technical equipment, you'll find everything you need to excel on your course.
Architectural Technology Facilities
From our creative digital architecture and construction lab to our model-making studio, you’ll have access to industry-standard facilities throughout your Architectural Technology course.
Model-making studio
You'll be able to develop your projects in this well-equipped space, facilitated with expert supervision from our workshop technicians. In here you'll find bandsaws, sanders, 2D and 3D hot-wire cutting and vacuum forming machinery, milling machines, lathes and drills.
Wood workshop
For some projects that involve creating models from wood, you'll work in this space filled with the equipment and technical expertise required to support.
Concrete Lab
You'll learn the importance of concrete testing during your studies. Our lab includes concrete batching and strength testing facilities for cubes, prisms and beams.
Creative Digital Architecture and Construction Lab
This specialist lab is a space you may use in your final year, postgraduate and research levels if you're interested in more advanced digital technologies and are pursuing that in your project work.
