Single semester and short-term accommodation

We know that not everyone needs student accommodation for a full academic year, so if you’re looking for accommodation on a short-term basis, we offer options for both:

  • Short-term stay contracts
  • Single-semester contracts.

Short-term stay contracts

We can offer a minimum stay of 28 nights in selected halls to full-time enrolled NTU students.

With residences across the City and Nottingham, we have a wide range of affordable rooms and studios available to suit your needs - they're inclusive of bills and internet access. You can also extend your stay – subject to room availability. Full payment is required in advance to secure your booking, with cancellation possible up to 7 days before the start of contract.

To check availability and book, select short-stay contracts on the NTU accommodation portal.

Single semester contracts

We offer single semester contracts for full-time enrolled NTU students on non-standard courses (such as part-year exchange courses and students studying for one semester).

There are a limited number of each type of room and allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis. If these contracts are not suitable, or if our allocation becomes full, then we will offer you support and guidance in finding alternative accommodation.

Coming to Nottingham to visit friends or attend an event from July - September? We offer accommodation during the summer to external guests outside of NTU.
