Sarah teaches musical dance theatre as part of the NTU Music team.

Career overview

Sarah graduated from Laine Theatre Arts with a Diploma in Musical Theatre, then again at Guildford School of Acting with a First Class BA (Hons) Degree in Theatre. She is also a qualified Associate IDTA Freestyle and ISTD Modern teacher.

Sarah is now training as a full time drama teacher at a secondary school in Birmingham, whilst gigging at the weekends around the UK!

Sarah's theatre credits include: Susan in ‘Tick, Tick… Boom!’ (Etcetera Theatre, London), Queen of Hearts and dance captain in ‘Alice in Wonderland’ (Italian Tour), Sultana Behrana in ‘Dick Whittington' (The Core Theatre), Genie in ‘Aladdin’ (The Core Theatre), dance captain and understudy in ‘Aladdin’ (The Riverfront Newport); ensemble and understudy in 'Cinderella', 'Jack and the Beanstalk' and 'Dick Whittington' (Solihull Arts Complex); Queen Hareem in ‘Aladdin’ and Good Fairy in Cinders (North England Tour), 'Astaire at a Time', 'Movin' in Time' and 'The Spirit of Life' (Epsom Playhouse); Gymnast/Singer at the 'Indigo Gala Show' (The Indigo at The O2, London); 'National Gala Show' (Her Majesty's Theatre and Sadler's Wells, London); 'Hollywood Hits Show' (Alexandra Theatre, Birmingham); 'Disney Showcase' (Fantasy Theatre, Disneyland Paris).

Additionally, Sarah has been a lead vocalist in the inaugural show casts onboard Saga Cruises and Marella Explorer, and has performed as Lead Vocalist/Dancer at 5* Sensatori Resorts Crete, Cyprus and Ibiza.

TV Experience includes 'Waterloo Road' (Shed Productions for BBC1) and 'Everything Must Go' with the Royal Ballet Costume Department in association with Wayne Sleep (ITV1).

Other professional experience includes dancing with 'Spotlight Showgirls' and 'Funki Feathers' across England, as well as the 35th Anniversary Celebrations at the West Midlands Safari Park.
