Researcher support staff

The Support for Researchers team help to support and facilitate research across the University, and provide a range of services and specialist support, including:

• Helping researchers find and apply for research grants
• Providing learning and development opportunities to support researchers at all stage of career
• Making connections with researchers and businesses
• obtaining ethical approvals for research projects
• Managing the University's submission to the Research Excellence Framework
• Developing an impact healthy institution and helping researchers identify, create and demonstrate evidence of impact
• Supporting PhD candidates from application through to completion of studies
• Creating and managing Strategic Partnerships.
