Overview
The Work Futures Observatory exists to strengthen collaboration between trade unions and academic researchers. Following a pilot co-funded by the GMB Union, the Observatory offers a bespoke research, knowledge and education resource to benefit workers, trade union practices and associated areas of public policy. We welcome contact from any trade union or associated body to discuss how we can support your work. Examples of our previous work are available below.
The Observatory’s core work is supported by NTU’s:
- Centre for Policy, Citizenship and Society
- Centre for Public and Psychosocial Health
- Centre for People, Work and Organizational Practice
- Nottingham Civic Exchange
