Help to Grow: Management Course
The Help to Grow: Management course supports Directors of small and medium sized businesses to boost their business’s performance, resilience, and long-term growth.
The 12-week growth programme, which combines online sessions with face-to-face learning, is 90% funded by the Government and has been designed to allow participants to complete it alongside full-time work.
Women as Transformational Leaders
This course is for female leaders in organisations across all sectors who want to develop their capability to be a purpose-driven leader and agent of change. The course is especially relevant for those female leaders in male dominated environments.
This course is accredited at Level 7, meaning participants can gain 10 credits towards towards our Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership and Management course.

Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace
The course offers a half-day programme for anyone wanting to address the fundamentals of diversity and inclusion for business. It is research informed and practice lead, using interactive discussions, case studies and peer supported, exploring many aspects of diversity and inclusion at work.

Exploring Neurodiversity in the Workplace
The course offers a half day programme for anyone wanting to understand more about neurodiversity in the workplace in order to support their neurodivergent colleagues and team members. It may be of particular interest to those working in human resource management and equality, diversity and inclusion specialist roles, but open to everyone interested in the topic.
