As a principal lecturer in HRM Dave currently teaches across the portfolio of undergraduate and postgraduate and corporate programmes.
Career overview
After having worked on and managed a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes Dave was appointed Director of International HR Developments for Nottingham Business School in 2004.This continued until 2016 when the revised structure for international activity was introduced. His role involved both the development and delivery of programmes as well as delivering HR Master classes in international locations such as The Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Latvia, Austria and Switzerland.
He has extensive overseas experience managing programmes / projects in: Azerbaijan, India, Greece, Zimbabwe, Iran, France, The Netherlands, Poland, Bulgaria and CIPD accredited programmes in Russia, Azerbaijan, Angola, Kazakhstan, Czech Republic and Dubai.
